When you request a demo, we collect the following information from the form you submit:
- Name and email address (required)
- Phone number and business name (optional)
- Your selected role (customer, vendor, or venue)
- Your opt-in preferences for marketing updates and follow-up contact
How we use it
Your information is used solely to:
- Create your temporary demo account and send you login credentials
- Send you product updates, if you opted in
- Follow up with you about truk, if you indicated you're open to it
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Contact form
Messages sent through our contact form are delivered directly to our team via email. We do not store contact form submissions in a database.
Request data deletion
Under GDPR Article 17, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Enter the email address you used when requesting a demo, and we'll send you a verification email to confirm the deletion. Once confirmed, your data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
